LouAnn and James joined us today to encourage you to donate to WCNO Spring Prayer and Share. LouAnn says, God wants to express Himself through you in Love and Charity. The Lord challenges her to trust Him, and give a little more than she is comfortable with! When you give in faith, God honors your giving and He takes care of your needs.
Everything I am blessed to manage is God’s. When I release it and I need it, God will supply it. That is what Faith is about! LouAnn sites 2 Corinthians 9:7 – “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” This is a agreeable giver.
James and LouAnn and David talk about Tithing vs Offering. Tithing is a Spiritual law. Tithes go to the local church. Offerings are given in addition to the tithe if God puts it on your heart. It is important to tithe so you can give in other areas.
