Mary Lee Weir – Vero Web Consulting

Mary is a business women and a Partner of WCNO. Mary is the CEO of Vero Web Consulting, and her expertise is in Web and Software Development. With 20 years in the business, Mary has proven herself to bring excellent results to any business, from developing a Basic Marketing page to an integrated and complex Ai driven site. Mary states, “each business is unique”. She assesses each client to help them to save money, streamline the operations, and to get ahead of the curve.
Jonathan asked her about Ai, and what advantage it is to a business. Mary responded by saying that Ai can be costly and confusing, and went on to talk about the major platforms such as Meta, etc. But Mary takes real businesses, and real people, and helps to integrate Ai into the mix. Mary states regarding Ai. “I am not riding the Ai wave. I am building the surfboard for Ai.”
Ai is a tool that is here to stay. She says, we have a 2-3 year window to stay in our day of sovereignty, meaning that Ai is here to stay and will continue to progress. We now give it the information we want and we build on it. We do things on a smaller budget and build it ourselves. We still have ‘data sovereignty’.
In regards to using Ai, Mary says, “Discernment is Key!” it is important that we stay in control. Ai is still a machine!

Jonathan asked her about her ‘faith’. Mary’s response – “Jesus is my Savior – 100%”. She went on to tell us about serving in foreign countries for 10 ½ years. She states, she has a very supportive family!

- Project Guatemala, a 15 year old Christ centered ministry that helps with building homes, water infrastructure, and sponsors children in Christ centered education and camp.
- Ocean Youth Foundation in Vero Beach, started by Richard Ballinger, who is committed to creating excellence in young string artists in our community to unleash your child’s full potential not just in music but in life!
