DANIEL DIAZ – THE GOLD GUY

Daniel Diaz fights for us in Tallahassee to see that our money is correctly used by our government. At this time, Daniel is engaged in several bills that are coming up before the House and the Senate. This was a fast moving interview with so much packed into it.

The main points of Daniel’s discussion were on these 2 Bills:

HB 999 (introduced by Representative Bankson) was heard by the House last Thursday, March 20. The purpose of this bill is to define and enact the constitutional right to declare gold and silver a legal tender, eliminate the tax burden, and make it a functional means of transaction between willing parties.

SB 132 (General Bill introduced by Rodriguez, Co-sponsored by Gruters, Burgess) will be in front of the Senate Friday, March 27.–LEGAL TENDER, corresponding Senate bill  specifies that certain transactions of specie do not give rise to tax liability; prohibiting persons from compelling others to tender or accept specie as legal tender; authorizing governmental entities to recognize specie legal tender for certain payments, etc. And SB 134 – SALES TAX EXEMPTION OF BULLION (introduced by Rodriguez) – Exempting the sale of gold, silver, and platinum bullion for the state sales tax, etc.

Daniel explains, the money we have in our pocket isn’t real. It is called Currency. Money has 3 components: 1. It is a Medium of Exchange. 2. It is a Unit of Count – anything can be used. 3. It has Stored Value. Gold and Silver, for thousands of years, has never lost value. It has always maintained its purchasing value. Today, the purchasing power of an ounce of gold is as valuable as it was 20 years ago.

Daniel said that “78% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck, and don’t even have $1,000.00 in savings. The Government has been printing money onto oblivion and stealing the wealth of the people. Its not the companies raising prices that harm us. It’s the government printing money and stealing our wealth. By making gold and silver legal tender, it protects you for using it for day-to-day transactions. Today, it is not protected under commerce law. Barter arrangements are also not protected. As legal tender, you can pay your taxes with gold or silver.

Gold and Silver forces the government to balance the budget. If there is not enough in their vaults, they can’t spend. Daniel also states war is always a reason that countries get off the gold and silver standard.
